Instructions: Cut meat into 1x4 inch strips. Pierce the strips with a fork to |

allow marinade to soak into the meat. |

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a gallon size zipper bag. Add pork |
|
strips. Massage the meat in the bag. Let meat marinate in refrigerator for |
|
several hours or overnight turning bag occasionally. |

Grill pork strips on medium-high heat until meat thermometer reads 155-160 |
|
degrees F. Take off grill, tent with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes. |
