Suzanne's Special Marinated Pork Strips
Ingredients:
1 Seaboard Farms® CT boneless butt (3-4
lbs.)
Marinade:
1/2-3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-2 tablespoons Head Country® seasoning

Instructions: Cut meat into 1x4 inch strips. Pierce the strips with a fork to
allow marinade to soak into the meat.
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a gallon size zipper bag. Add pork
strips. Massage the meat in the bag. Let meat marinate in refrigerator for
several hours or overnight turning bag occasionally.
Grill pork strips on medium-high heat until meat thermometer reads 155-160
degrees F. Take off grill, tent with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
